If your KEUTEK order was damaged, lost, or stolen during shipping and you added Shipping Protection at checkout, you may file an insurance claim. Shipping Protection covers eligible transit-related issues and allows us to resolve the issue through replacement. In limited cases where replacement is not feasible, store credit may be issued at KEUTEK’s discretion.
Effective December 28, 2025, Shipping Protection is a non-refundable service and applies only to issues that occur during transit. The protection fee is not refunded if no claim is filed or if the order is delivered successfully.

Currently, Shipping Insurance is available for orders shipped within the United States.
If your order is returned within 45 days, the insurance fee will not be refunded, since it is applied to the original shipment protection.
